We bought the Hoover Platinum Upright bagged the extra paper canisters to our 2,000-square meter house and we love it. We have lots of hardwood and tile floors with a few throw rugs, but we still like an upright. Our previous two were Hoover bagless so we have something else, or wanted to try something you do not get all the dust when emptied. We looked around at several brands and even tried an Oreck beyond this one, but we opted for the Hoover. It was cheaper in price and delivered the same performance. It cleans really that much better than all my previous vacuum. I love the fact that there is no dust blowing in the machine when I vacuum.
