Miele Vacuum Cleaner Bag – Canister & Upright

Part of what makes the Miele vacuum superior to most other vacuums is the filtration. Part of the filtration process, whether you have a hepa Miele vacuum or one with a different filter, is aided by the quality of the vacuum bag inside. This is true of any vacuum that requires a vacuum bag, but the Miele brand vacuum cleaner bags, especially the new “IntensiveClean Plus” are very high quality. This is why I don’t sell generic Miele bags nor do I recommend them. The Miele vacuum cleaner bags are also less likely to tear or puncture than the generics. In a canister vacuum, a broken vacuum bag creates a lot of problems because the motor could come in contact with debris. This scenario shortens the life of the vacuum.

Miele Vacuum S5 Galaxy S5280 Callisto Vacuum Cleaner Features & Review

Recommended for medium to high pile carpeting and smooth flooring, the Miele S5 Galaxy S5280 Callisto HEPA vacuum cleaner features a 10 1’2” wide electric power brush ideal for cut pile plus a parquet floor brush to thoroughly but gently clean wood and tile floors.

The rotary dial suction control adjusts to six levels, depending on the type of flooring you’re

cleaning or surface you’re dusting. Easy to understand graphic symbols indicate which setting

is best suited for different kinds of surfaces, such as rugs, carpets, drapes or hard floors.

The deluxe ergonomic handle makes vacuuming a breeze, keeping the strain off your wrist.

The Vortex Motor System packs the power of 1200-watt performance. It is designed for optimal

power usage through the airflow for great cleaning performance with superior dust intake.

The three smooth-running 360-degree caster wheels mounted on steel axles ensure maximum stability and maneuverability for your vacuum cleaner. They are cleverly designed with a travel ramp to help you maneuver your vacuum easily over thresholds and around obstructions. The Miele S5 Galaxy Callisto canister vacuum includes an extra long cord to avoid the need of having to change sockets halfway through vacuuming. Sealed System construction with Miele’s Active HEPA filter not only captures and retains tiny, lung-damaging particles (including dust mite feces and pollen), it also uses the same Generally Activated Charcoal filer (GAC) that the Active Air Clean filter uses to absorb odors.

The 4.76-quart capacity Intensive Clean Plus dust bag provides 15% improved filtration and 20% longer suction performance. Impact foil prevents sharp edged objects, such as glass, sand and pine needles from penetrating the bag. Automatic dust bag closure ensures hygienic removal and disposal.

All Miele vacuums are known for their quiet operation, but a special sound insulation makes the

Miele S5 Galaxy Callisto canister vacuum particularly quiet. The new silence setting combines the

For short breaks, the wand and floor tool can simply be inserted into the park system on the back

of the barrel. This allows you to answer the door or the telephone without having to find an unsafe

resting place for the wand or laying it on the floor.

For safe storage and easy transportation, two fittings allow the telescopic wand assembly to be hooked onto the barrel when it is upright – one on either side.
